Previously here at pixieandbrutus.net, we featured Minnesota illustrator Ben Hework, d’s laughing along with his imagination of animals flirting like humans, and showing off his famous Pixie and Brutus comic creations. His Pet Foolery Instagram page, which features “silly little comics” with different styles of animals, has really taken off, and the popularity of Pixie and Brutus led him to hit 2 million followers in particular. The contrast between Pixie, a lovable and innocent kitten described by Ben as “playful and energetic”, and Brutus, a gruff and cynical former dog (M), is the secret to the pair’s success. With Pixie’s enthusiastic bumbling adding to the despair of the earnest and often grumpy Brutus, they have all kinds of adventures. However, he has a real soft spot for her and would do anything to protect her from her. Ben said in an interview: “Honestly, Pixie and Brutus were just another weird comic idea I had while I was at work.
I never intended to do a series of them, I just thought it would be a good idea to introduce a sweet kitty to a big dog of war who was intimidating. So I did the first comic for Pixie and Brutus, and people enjoyed it so much that I kept doing it. ..

This is one of my favourite comic strip of pixie and brutus.. IN this comic Ben hed try to taste a lemon with pixie.. The face expressions of pixie are really very cute… ENJOY this comic too..
