Even if Cruela DeVil has a past and is played by a beautiful actress, Disney villains are not known for being pretty. Actually, most Disney villains aren’t particularly attractive; what’s on the inside almost always reflects what’s on the surface.
Even in the Disney universe, evil characters don’t have time to try to look beautiful, as they’re too busy trying to take over the world, sacrifice puppies, or live forever, so there’s no time to waste. Okay, I guess the villain from Disney’s Tangled was an exception to the rule because he was extremely vain.
