Life is complicated, as we all know, particularly when it comes to relationships. Dealing with people from different backgrounds sounds much more difficult, doesn’t it? What if he was stuck in a house for months on his honeymoon because a crippling epidemic swept the world in a matter of weeks, leaving little time to pack? Nothing seems to be beyond our reach.
My name is Milia and I am a pharmacist from Indonesia. Matteo, my husband, is a talented Italian illustrator and we both enjoy art. We were living the dream in Bali a few months ago, getting married on a small tropical island, then moving to Italy for our honeymoon and family reunion. The lockdown forced us to stay a short time later.
We began to share our daily lives, bridging cultural gaps with humorous examples, because there was no drama, only opportunities. Spicy food, excruciating yoga, romantic moments, huge portions, overloaded bikes, sweet hopes and much more. Our lives seem to be an endless adventure!
