Caroline is a comic artist who married her high school sweetheart about a year ago and has illustrated her married life in a comic series called I love you x infinity. She says that she started creating the illustration because she wants to express her love beyond words. They have become so much fun to make so I keep drawing more and more for him and also decide to share it with everyone. There are just a few of many illustrations with more to come, says Caroline.
The artist says that she has been an artist since she was a child inspired by her favorite cartoons, comics and games. I discovered my style through a lot of experimentation between American and Japanese cartoons and finally ended up with what you see today, says Caroline. Cartoons always have a special place in her heart as they allow her to draw from real life or create totally different fantasies that don’t apply to reality, something the artist always admires.
As for my married comics, my husband and I started dating in high school and have been together ever since, says the artist. Caroline used to draw a little doodle for him from time to time in the past. Over time, she began to create more drawings of both of them to express her love for her and realize how much fun it was to draw all the moments they shared together. It’s really nice to see the feedback we get from others about how relatable our lives are to everyone sharing their love with each other. I can’t see myself ever stopping and I hope that one day I can make a career out of it, says the artist.
